ABOUT BRAZIL CERRADO MINEIRO NATURAL
Cerrado Mineiro sits on a vast highland plateau in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at elevations between 800 and 1,300 metres above sea level. It is the first Brazilian coffee region to receive a Protected Designation of Origin — a mark of quality and traceability recognised worldwide.
The region's long, distinct dry season makes it ideal for Natural processing, allowing whole cherries to sun-dry slowly and evenly, concentrating their gentle sweetness and soft body into every bean.
This coffee is grown from Yellow Catuai, a classic Brazilian variety naturally low in acidity, creamy in body, and perfectly suited to the Cerrado climate — producing a cup that is consistently warm, smooth, and effortlessly comforting.
